Yes. Every item is thoughtfully sourced and selected for its craftsmanship, beauty, and character.
Are handmade products identical?
No. Every handmade piece is unique. Slight variations are part of what makes handcrafted items special.
What is the With Love, Meme Collection?
This collection honors my grandmother, Meme, whose love language was giving. She loved shopping for beautiful jewelry, wearing elegant pieces, and sharing them with family and friends. Many of these treasured pieces come from her personal collection and continue her legacy of generosity and love.
Do you accept custom orders?
Depending on availability, yes. We may accept custom requests for handmade jewelry, resin home décor, furniture refinishing, furniture sourcing, and select digital products.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Furniture, custom orders, and made-to-order pieces may require additional time.
Can furniture be shipped?
Some pieces can be shipped, while others are available through local pickup, local delivery, or freight service.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping box so we can review your claim.
Do you accept returns?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Handmade custom items, digital products, workshop registrations, personalized products, and most one-of-a-kind vintage or antique items are final sale.

How are digital products delivered?
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical product will be shipped.
Can I share or resell digital products?
No. All digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, or resold.
Do I need experience to attend a workshop?
Not at all. Our workshops are designed for beginners and experienced creatives alike. Everyone is welcome.
